There is not a huge difference other than color. They are priced equally so it is just up to you. White gold just doen't look right on some people and vice-versa. Personally, I have pieces in each.

A little difference in my opinion. White gold has a coating of silver over it to give it the color.

I like both but prefer yellow gold. With todays gold prices if I had a choice between white gold and sterling silver i'll take the sterling.

I also perfer the white gold, and the only difference is the color, but the white gold can go with my silver also, which is a big plus.

Well, I prefer regular gold, but I see more and more jewelry are being made out of white gold.... I guess its becoming more popular nowadays.

I like regular gold than white gold. There are some reason about that, which are most affective on that. White gold is build by cleaning to regular gold throw some chemicals, which are high defensive.
